HealthVib® HAV - Wireless portable 6 channel measurement system for Hand Arm Vibrations PDF Print E-mail

HealthVib® HAV is an instrument system for measuring and analyzing hand arm vibrations on one or two hands simultaneously in three directions according to guidance in ISO-5349 and EU-directive 2002/44/EG.

The HealthVib® HAV measurement full package system consists of a pair of measurement gloves, an Active unit (the basic unit and perform the main analysis), Passive unit (optional for measuring the other hand), Vibindicator™ HAV (simultaneously presentation of the vibration exposure and storage data) and two different software’s (the simple software, CVK Vibview HAV light for the active unit and the professional software CVK Vibview 2.0 for the Vibindicator™ HAV).

The Active and Passive unit together means an advanced but easy to use six channel measurement system. Performing measurement with a HealthVib® HAV measurement system is easy to learn and do not require any cables or any difficult configurations.

The Active and Passive sensor can be mounted to the machine (with or without included adaptors) or preferable using the special adapted glove which is in accordance to ISO 5349. The Active and Passive analysis unit are mounted on the wrist of the glove. The HealthVib HAV measurement system makes it easier and possible to measure hand arm vibrations, both hands simultaneously, in field conditions.
Vibration data is stored and analyzed during the measurement. The HealthVib HAV standard can be wireless connected to a Vibindicator™ HAV for simultaneously presentation of the actual and accumulated vibration exposure.

Vibindicator™ HAV

Vibindicator™ HAV present and store the result from HealthVib® HAV Active and Passive units. The presentation are performed by coloured led’s and is continuously updated to show actual vibration exposure. This functionality makes the operator informed and alert for harshness caused by vibrations and thus makes it easier to choose the correct preventative action. The Vibindicator™ HAV is wireless connected with HealthVib HAV Active and Passive units and placed suitable in the operator environment. The Vibindicator™ HAV store measured data for later analysis and report. The data are exported to the software CVK Vibview 2.0.

CVK VibView™ HAV light

The CVK Vibview™ HAV light is compatible with the Active unit. Data from the Active unit are listed and simple analysis and reports can be created. Up to 40 measurement files can be analyzed and reported based on chosen measurement files. In this software the Active and Passive units can be updated with latest firmware versions.

CVK VibView™ 2.0

The CVK Vibview™ 2.0 import data from the Vibindicator™ HAV and is also compatible with the Vibindicator™ WBV. From a few clicks you can perform different analysis and creating a CVK standardized report. It is also possible to export measurement files to other software’s. In this software the Vibindicator™ can be updated with latest firmware version.
