The HealthVib WBV inSeat system contains of an electrical circuit with sensor, vibindicator WBV inSeat and CVK Vibview inseat software.
The inSeat system is based on the HealthVib WBV standard measurement system, i.e. measure and analyse whole body vibrations in three directions according to guidance in ISO-2631 and EU-directive 2002/44/EG. Measurements are performed automatically, it is possible to have system where no action is needed from operator.
The HealthVib WBV inSeat sensor is wireless connected to the Vibindicator™ WBV inSeat for storage and simultaneously presentation of the dominant direction, actual and accumulated vibration exposure. This functionality reveals the vibration origin and thus makes it easier to choose the correct preventative action.

VibView™ WBV inSeat™
The Vibindicator™ WBV inSeat™ present and store the result from HealthVib® WBV inSeat™. The presentation are performed by different coloured led’s and is continuously updated to show actual vibration exposure. This functionality makes the operator informed and alert for harshness caused by vibrations and thus makes it easier to choose the correct preventative action. The Vibindicator™ WBV inSeat is preferable placed in the operator environment. Exporting data from the Vibindicator WBV inSeat is very easy to carry out. Vibration data for up to 30 days can be exported and analyzed in software CVK VibView inSeat light.

CVK VibView™ inSeat™ light
The CVK Vibview™ inSeat™ light is compatible with the Vibindicator WBV inSeat. Stored measurement files are listed and simple analysis and reports can easily be created. Up to 30 days measurement files can be analyzed and reported based on chosen measurement files.
