Vibrations on humans

The maximum amount of vibrations a human should be exposed for is regulated by the EU. The directive states that it is the employer's responsibilities to examine the personnel's working conditions and to take suitable preventive actions.
Apart from the advantage of being able to easily meet these regulations, there are some other good reasons for decreasing vibration exposure on humans.
•    Decreased amount of sick personnel!
•    Lower staff turnover!
•    More effective working environment!

Vibrations on machines

Each day, vibrations are causing damages on vehicles, buildings, goods and other things that costs companies and society big amounts of money. In addition to these costs, one can also put costs for personnel, businesses that never happened or businesses where the customer was not satisfied. Sometimes it might be the general public that is displeased with vibrations.
By decreasing the vibration impact on materials, positive results can be achieved:
•    Increased perceived quality and comfort
•    Longer product lifecycles for goods and vehicles
•    Increased delivery quality
•    Improved customer relationships
