The measurement and personal protection systems can be used with hand-held machine where hand and arms are exposed to vibrations and in vehicles where whole body is exposed to vibrations. By definition Hand arm vibration occur when hands are in contact with vibration tools i.e. grinders, hammers, cutting tools etc.
Whole body vibrations occur i.e. in working vehicles in forestry, material handling, agricultural, iron and construction industries.

HealthVib® HAV standard system measures and analyses HAV as required by ISO-5349 and EU-directive 2002/44/EG.
Measuring using HealthVib® HAV is easy to learn and carry out. The unit does not require cables or any special configurations. HealthVib® HAV can be used in field conditions.
HealthVib® HAV is an instrument system for measuring hand arm vibrations on one or two hands simultaneously in three directions, x, y, and z, calculated as vector sum according to the EU directive. This functionality reveals the vibration origin and thus makes it easier to choose the correct preventive action.
Vibration data is stored and analyzed during the measurement and can be simultaneously shown on a Vibindicator™.
A second HealthVib® HAV passive unit can be wireless connected to measure both hands simultaneously. ISO 5349 require measurement and report for both hand and by using the passive unit this is easily fulfilled.
HealthVib® WBV standard system measures and analyses WBV as required by ISO-2631 and EU-directive 2002/44/EG. Measuring using HealthVib® WBV is easy to learn and carry out.
The unit does not require cables, software or any special configurations. HealthVib WBV is an instrument for measuring vibrations on humans in three directions, x, y, and z, in relation to the threshold values in the EU directive.
Vibration data is stored and analyzed during the measurement and simultaneously shown on display and can also be simultaneously shown on a Vibindicator™ WBV. This functionality reveals the vibration origin and thus makes it easier to choose the correct preventive action.
InSeat Vibration measurement system
CVK Vibration Software
HealthVib® inSeat™ is based on the HealthVib® WBV standard measurement system. HealthVib® inSeat™ system contains a sensor wireless transmitting vibration data to a vibindicator™ which store and present the vibration data momentary for the operator.
Data can be stored for 30 days and exported to software CVK Vibview inSeat light for further analysis and report.
The CVK HealthVib inSeat can be mounted under the seat cushion or at the seat base.
The HealthVib inSeat system can be purchased with your driver seat (or passenger seat) or mounted afterwards.
CVK Vibview 2.0 is professional vibration analysis software where vibration exposure reports easily can be performed.
CVK Vibview 2.0 offers standardized reports. After export from measurement units or vibindicators, data can be analyzed and reported for different needs.
Beside vibration investigation based on directive demands there are several possible usage i.e., prevention work, finding best machine for different work conditions, educating operators in using machines, etc. Data can also be exported to other format and software
